Student Profiles

Zijing completed a Masters in Biomedical Computing at the Technical University of Munich. His PhD now involves transcriptomic and proteomic data analysis - particularly, the extraction of landscapes through geometric dimensionality reduction and multi-scale clustering. Zijing's PhD supervisors are Prof Mauricio Barahona and Dr Richard Currie.
